Socialit Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of Socialit ("Socialit", "we", "us"). By subscribing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Socialit.

2. What Socialit does

Socialit lets you write one post and publish it to the social networks you connect. You subscribe for social-account seats. All features are included. Network API fees (for example X) may be passed through at cost when usage reaches a billing threshold.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Socialit. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

4. Connected social accounts

You connect your own social accounts to Socialit. You confirm you own them or have permission to post to them. You must follow the rules of each network you post to. If a network suspends or limits your account, that is between you and that network.

5. Seats, storage, and payment

• Socialit is billed per social-account seat (monthly subscription), with the first 2 seats free.
• Lifetime deals may grant lifetime seats and a media storage limit in GB.
• Network API fees (such as X) may be passed through at the network’s rates and billed when usage reaches $10, plus payment processing on that charge only.
• Seat subscription prices are as shown on our pricing page; we absorb payment processing fees on seat charges.

6. Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel a monthly seat subscription at any time via the billing portal or App Store subscription settings. Unused seat time may be prorated where the payment provider supports it. Lifetime deals are subject to the offer terms at purchase. Where required by law, additional refund rights apply.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaking it can lead to removed content, paused posting, or a closed account.

8. Your content

You own the content you post. You give us the limited permission needed to store it and publish it to the networks you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you post.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Socialit running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Networks change their rules and APIs, which can affect what we can publish.

10. Disclaimers and liability

Socialit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using Socialit at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use Socialit means you accept the updated Terms.
